You may pay by check, money order, or by Visa, Master Card, or Discover. We are using PayPal to collect credit card payments. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Southern Placement Exchange. Without payment confirmation you will not have access to the website. We encourage you to frequently check on the progress of the request.
Checks are accepted as payment for your registration. Returned checks due to insufficient funds will delay your registration until proper payment is made. Once you receive the confirmation email you will have access to the web site, including being able to edit any information you submitted, arrange interviews, and view listings.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 non-refundable processing fee. Refunds will only be made for cancellations received by Friday January 13, 2017. All checks returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a $35.00 charge.
Please note: If you have a suite at the Holiday Inn and you use it for interviewing you can decorate it. Please do not affix things to the walls and use the same rules that you would on your campus.
Also, we ask that you not stuff candidate boxes with promotional items – please hand these items out when candidates interview with you.
